With over a decade of experience in business operations and automation, he leads the team in product innovation, workflow optimisation and strategic growth. Kelvin has also been recognised with multiple entrepreneurship awards in Singapore, reflecting his commitment to modernising and advancing the corporate services landscape.

Xin Yuan leads the Legal and Compliance function at Swiftly, overseeing regulatory, contractual, and risk management matters to ensure full compliance with Singapore's legal and regulatory frameworks. Trained as a corporate lawyer in Singapore, he brings prior experience in transactional work including fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, and deal structuring. At Swiftly, he plays a key role in strengthening governance, due diligence, and compliance standards, fostering a culture where integrity and effective governance support trust and sustainable growth.

Zhong Kent leads Swiftly's technical accounting operations, bringing deep expertise gained from his tenure at KPMG in Singapore and Malaysia. He has managed complex audit engagements across manufacturing, shipping, and pharmaceutical sectors, with mastery of global reporting standards including IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP. His experience spans US IPO audit support, group consolidation, and quality assurance under ISQM 1 standards. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Kent ensures every Swiftly engagement adheres to the most rigorous standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance, delivering peace of mind.

Kenneth is a corporate secretarial professional with a legal background, bringing together legal understanding, corporate governance experience and practical insight into how businesses operate. Over the course of his career, he has worked across a broad portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities, supporting clients through both ongoing governance matters and significant changes to their corporate structures.

His experience extends beyond routine corporate administration to corporate transactions, restructurings and financing arrangements, where commercial objectives need to be considered alongside legal and regulatory requirements. His legal training enables him to look beyond the immediate corporate secretarial requirements and understand how individual corporate actions fit within the wider transaction and governance framework.

Kenneth works closely with business owners, directors, shareholders and professional advisers on matters involving different stakeholders and areas of expertise. He takes a pragmatic approach to his work, with a focus on understanding the underlying objective, identifying the key considerations and finding a practical way to move the matter forward while maintaining the appropriate governance standards.

Chee Seng is the Head of Technology in Swiftly, with years of experience in developing highly complex software. Passionate in ensuring that Swiftly's technology is both efficient and user-friendly. He is highly adaptable to the changing needs of businesses and also always enjoys researching on new technologies to be used for clients' ease in streamlining development and document processes.
